I.      Position Summary：
The incumbent is responsible for handling project coordinator’s assignment, taking photo for samples, breakdown for quotation, assist to prepare checklist for Project Coordinator (PC), help to deal with the sample delivery and the works assigned by manager

II.      Responsibility and Authority：

1. Prepare checklist and raise efficiency, and assure checklist release out correctly and timely (20%)
2. Keep the guideline for preparing checklist updated and provide training to team members (10%)
3. Take Photo for samples and help to deal with the sample delivery (20%)
4. Communicate with CS team, report team and help to smooth project process (10%)
5. Performs ad-hoc assignment as required (5%)
6.  Improve personal capacity (5%)
7. Manage and control projects and assure the test arranged correctly and reports issued timely(10%)
8. Coordinate the projects with laboratory  (10%)
9. Respond to enquiries in timely manner and provide proper service to client (10%)

Job Requirement：

1. College or Bachelor Degree holder.
2. At least two years relative working experience in third-party chemical lab.
3. Be familiar with related regulations/ directives/ standards/ methods of toys & children product and hardgoods.
4. Good understanding in quality and work flow  in chemical laboratory.
5. Fluent in both written and oral English and Chinese
6. Hardworking, self-motivated, and having a mind-set of team work
