Position Summary：

This position is a core role for quality control in the Toys Laboratory, primarily responsible for the review and verification of test reports for all toy testing items (Physical Toy Testing), compliance alignment with domestic and international standards, and technical empowerment work.

Job Responsibilities：

• Report Quality Review: Undertake the review of test reports for all toy testing items including physical and mechanical properties, flammability, and electrical safety; (20%)
• Verification of Raw Data Consistency: Conduct item-by-item comparison between report data and raw records to eliminate data deviations and logical flaws; (20%)
• Quality Management: The key index is Error rate and TAT. Take effective ways two eliminate Error and shorten TAT, e.g. KM/process management/ Closely monitor the related performance of the quantitatively so that healing plan can be implemented in a timely manner. / Temporary adjustment resource allocation in Peak Season. / Perform other quality related duties according to ISO/IEC 17025. etc;  (30%)
• Test Capability Development : Develop test capability according to the plan to assists the TCP in the whole SR to achieve good results(10%)
• Internal Technical Empowerment: Assist supervisors and the technical support team in organizing laboratory standard training and case sharing sessions, answer technical questions from test engineers, and improve the team's capability in standard application; (10%)
• Quality Improvement Output: Assist department manager in sorting out typical review issues, improving the case library, compiling relevant quality improvement reports, and promoting the optimization and implementation of testing processes; (5%)
• Lab audit - Complete various audit work of the laboratory, including CNAS, CMA etc., maintain and expand the laboratory's relevant testing qualifications, and enhance the laboratory's popularity and influence in the toy industry(5%)

Job Requirements：

• Education and Major: Bachelor's degree or above, major in Toy Design and Manufacturing, Materials Science, Quality Testing or other related disciplines;
• Experience and Skills:

1. Have more than 5 years of working experience as a report reviewer or test engineer in a third-party toy testing laboratory, and be proficient in mainstream domestic and international toy safety standards and testing methods;
2. Proficient in office software (Word/Excel) and Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS), with strong data verification and logical analysis capabilities;
3. Hold a CNAS/CMA Internal Auditor Certificate or other relevant toy testing technical certifications is preferred;
4. CET-4 or above, capable of independently interpreting English versions of relevant standards.
