JOB SUMMARY:
Results-driven Inside Sales Representative responsible for generating qualified leads and driving pipeline growth across the Middle East through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and sales support.
YOUR TASK
Lead Generation
- Conduct cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email campaigns.
- Build prospect lists and identify decision-makers.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking.
Lead Qualification & Quota
- Qualify leads using BANT criteria.
- Achieve monthly SQL targets (25–40 leads).
- Track conversions and optimize outreach channels.
Sales Support
- Schedule meetings and support proposal follow-ups.
- Monitor pipeline and highlight stalled opportunities.
- Assist sales team with reporting and coordination.
CRM & Reporting
- Ensure CRM accuracy and timely updates.
- Manage structured follow-ups and activity reports.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 4–5 years in inside sales / business development (Middle East preferred).
- Experience in B2B technology or cybersecurity services is an advantage.
- Strong communication, prospecting, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience with cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies (BANT, MEDDIC).
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS).
