JOB SUMMARY:
The Sales Coordinator provides administrative and coordination support to the sales team to ensure smooth execution of sales activities, The role supports proposal preparation, client coordination, documentation, and follow-ups to help achieve sales targets and deliver timely customer support.
This position supports the regional sales function by managing client communication, preparing proposals and quotations, maintaining CRM accuracy, and coordinating internal follow-up to help convert opportunities into revenue. This role suits someone with good technical understanding, strong communication skills, and the ability to keep multiple commercial activities organized and on schedule.
YOUR TASK
- Support the sales team with daily coordination and administrative tasks.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to collect inputs for sales offers.
- Maintain and update sales trackers, pipelines, and client records.
- Handle client inquiries, emails, and follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in organizing client meetings, presentations, and site visits when required.
- Ensure sales documentation is complete, accurate, and properly filled.
- Support invoicing coordination by ensuring sales and job details are correctly communicated.
- Prepare basic sales reports, summaries, and activity updates.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, confidentiality, and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate day-to-day sales activities, including quotations, proposals, CRM updates, meeting scheduling, and document tracking.
- Act as the main internal support point for client inquiries, follow-ups, order coordination, and service-related communication.
- Work closely with sales, technical, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely submission of offers and smooth order processing & delivery coordination.
- Maintain accurate sales records, opportunity status, customer data, and reporting dashboards in the CRM system.
- Support proposal preparation by collecting technical inputs, formatting commercial documents, and ensuring completeness and accuracy before submission.
- Follow up prospects and customers by email and phone, ensuring quick responses and a professional client experience.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, with some IT knowledge.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support.
- Strong coordination, organization, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM or sales tracking systems is an advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills with confidence in dealing with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Good technical acumen, meaning the ability to understand service offerings well enough to coordinate proposals and client requirements without being deeply technical.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks, deadlines, and stakeholders at the same time.
