Job description We invite you to be a part of our esteemed technical team in East Kilbride as a Graduate Test Engineer. This role offers you the chance to delve deep into research and commercial testing in our state-of-the-art flow testing facilities. Catering to a diverse clientele, including government and industry stakeholders, you will be at the helm of innovation in flow measurement, a pivotal discipline in the ever-evolving energy industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Undertake research and commercial testing tasks in our cutting-edge flow testing facilities.
  • Collaborate with both government and industry clients to deliver exceptional results.
  • Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest in flow measurement technology.
  • Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.

Qualifications Essential Criteria:

  • A degree or equivalent qualification in engineering or a relevant STEM subject.
  • Eagerness to evolve as a multi-faceted engineer.
  • Proficient communication skills.
  • Ability to work both individually and collaboratively.
  • Acute attention to detail and robust analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in IT tools, especially Microsoft Office.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Awareness and understanding of health, safety, and environmental protocols.
  • Expertise in metrology.
  • Familiarity with fluid flow theory and technology.
  • Knowledge of metering technology.
  • Experience with instrumentation and communication protocols.
