Are you passionate about Enterprise Architecture and the tooling that makes it work? We are looking for a skilled and motivated EA Repository Tool Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be the engine behind our EA repository platform, owning its data quality, integration and continous evolution. You will collaborate with architects, IT leaders, and business stakeholders to ensure our EA tool delivers strategic value, from application portfolio management to technology risk assessment and capability planning.
Tasks
- Own and maintain the Enterprise Architecture (EA) repository, ensuring high data quality and consistency
- Manage and evolve architecture data across applications, interfaces, technologies, and capabilities
- Map applications and systems to products, product teams, and value streams
- Operate, configure, and continuously improve EA tools, including data models, views, reports, and dashboards
- Adapt the EA data model to support a product-oriented IT organization and architectural standards
- Provide architecture data to support governance, architecture reviews, and management decision-making
- Enable traceability and integration across products, applications, technologies, and adjacent systems, and support stakeholders through training and reporting
Qualification
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a comparable technical field. Alternatively, experience in technical project or program management within IT environments
- 2–5 years of professional experience in IT, e.g. in application management, IT operations, IT projects, or related technology roles
- Initial exposure to EA, IT landscape management, or IT governance is beneficial
- Solid grasp of enterprise IT landscapes and architecture artifacts, with experience using IT management tools (e.g., repositories/CMDB)
- Structured, analytical, and well-organized, with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a focus on architecture transparency, governance, and reporting
- Business fluent in German and English language (written and spoken)
