Task

  • Planning the deployment of field and office staff based on customer requirements and maximum efficiency
  • Staff deployment planning for vacation and working hours and their evaluation
  • Interface coordinator for customers, maintenance companies, and employees
  • Cleaning up system data and maintaining payment terms in SAP
  • Close cooperation with the department manager
  • Optimization of internal and external processes

Qualifications

  • Completed degree or training, preferably in a commercial or service-oriented field, e.g., as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or logistics specialist (m/f/d)
  • Several years of professional experience in scheduling (employees/routes) and/or personnel planning
  • Structured and independent way of working
  • Ability to work in a team, assertiveness, organizational skills, and excellent communication skills
  • Customer- and service-oriented behavior
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Very good written and spoken German
