Executive, Business Support

Job Descriptions: 

  1. Provide overall administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the department
  2. Manage phone calls, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications efficiently
  3. Handle expenses claims
  4. Maintain a systematic filing system and ensure proper record-keeping.
  5. Managing administrative documentation and pre/post-training HRDF documents
  6. Cooperate with ACA salesperson in training coordination.
  7. Supporting debt collection, follow-up and maintaining billing trackers
  8. Any other administrative tasks as assigned by the reporting manager

 

Key Requirements:

  1. Minimum Degree in a relevant field with at least 2 years of work experience in admin coordination and/or operations support.
  2. IT literacy with good skill on using MS words, Power Point and Excel
  3. Well organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  4. Tactful and service-oriented individual who possess initiative, strong planning skill in managing schedules and delivering deadlines
  5. Meticulous, efficient, resourceful, good interpersonal skills with "can-do" attitude.
