Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business and achieve sales targets.
• Drive business development and sales for TÜV SÜD's Business Assurance services, including Management Systems Certification, Training, Cybersecurity, Sustainability, Inspection, and other related services.
• Identify, develop, and manage new and existing customer accounts.
• Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, industry associations, and key stakeholders.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and networking activities to expand market presence.
• Work closely with Operations and Technical teams to ensure excellent customer experience.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales/business development experience, preferably in certification, training, cybersecurity, consulting, or professional services.
• Proven track record in achieving sales target and developing new business.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated with a hunter mindset and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel within Malaysia.
• Existing industry network will be an added advantage.
