I. Position Summary |
|
The role is responsible for providing end-to-end People Operations support at the country/branch level, ensuring smooth execution of all People operational processes. This includes employee lifecycle management, recruitment coordination, compliance with local labour regulations, HR administration, and acting as the first point of contact for employees and managers. The role supports the implementation of People policies, fosters positive employee relations, and ensures accurate and timely HR data and reporting. |
