Your Tasks
- Identify and shape AI and automation use cases in close collaboration with People stakeholders, and prepare them for portfolio prioritization with structured assessments of business value, feasibility, data readiness, and process fit
- Translate People process requirements and business needs into clear requirements and solution concepts for technical implementation
- Partner with digital and data teams to design, implement, and test AI-enabled solutions through to productive use
- Integrate solutions into existing People processes, workflows, and digital platforms, ensuring they work in day-to-day operations rather than as standalone tools
- Operate and continuously improve live solutions, taking operational decisions within their approved scope; monitor performance, adoption, and outcomes against defined success metrics, and recommend scaling and portfolio actions to the Lead
- Apply the responsible AI standards and guardrails set for the People function in solution design and implementation, covering ethics, privacy, transparency, and human oversight
- Support the adoption of AI solutions by People teams, including documentation, user guidance, and input to enablement activities
- Document use cases, requirements, risks, and realized benefits in a structured, audit-ready way
Your Qualifications
- Degree in human resources, business, technology, data, or a comparable field
- 2–5 years of experience in AI, automation, analytics, or HR technology, ideally in complex or matrix organizations
- Solid understanding of People processes and where AI and automation create value within them
- Experience translating business needs into requirements, use case specifications, and solution designs
- Working knowledge of process design, digital workflows, and automation approaches, with familiarity with AI fundamentals and responsible AI principles, including awareness of regulatory requirements such as the EU AI Act
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess use cases on value, feasibility, and risk
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to business audiences and business needs clearly to technical teams
- Experience supporting user adoption through documentation, guidance, or training contributions; enablement or change experience is a plus
- Collaborative working style with proven ability to deliver across business, data, and technology teams

Reporting to the Lead People Transformation – AI & Automation, the role shapes use cases with People stakeholders, translates business needs into solution designs, and partners with digital and data teams to build, integrate, and run AI-enabled solutions in day-to-day People work. The role operates live solutions with autonomy within their approved scope, drives their adoption and continuous improvement, and ensures every solution meets the function’s responsible AI standards.
