Role Overview

As part of the Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence (TA CoE), you will develop and implement global talent acquisition strategies that align with regional business objectives, enhance competitiveness and oversee global recruiting processes to ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence.

The location of the successful candidate is open across Europe.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy & Portfolio Management: Lead and shape the regional Talent Acquisition strategy and portfolio management for Europe in alignment with the global TA CoE.
  • Development and Implement Talent Acquisition Strategic Interventions: Design and execute data-driven talent acquisition strategies in collaboration with the regional business demand and in alignment with the global TA CoE
  • Recruitment, Onboarding and Offboarding Process Optimization: Lead the enhancement of recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes and practices to ensure efficiency, inclusivity, and a positive candidate/people experience.
  • Project and Stakeholder Management: Lead regional TA projects to ensure local needs are considered for successful implementation. Partner with the business leaders and People team stakeholders to translate workforce plans into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Monitor and analyse recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and processes. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and embed best-in-class TA practices, including employer branding, workforce analytics, and candidates experience.
  • Lead, coach and develop regional TA leaders and teams to build strong capabilities and succession.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in Talent Acquisition or similar roles, ideally within an international environment.
  • In-depth understanding of global talent acquisition practices and global labour market trends.
  • Proven experience managing TA-related projects including process improvement, upskilling, system implementation or similar initiatives.
  • Ability to lead and coordinate international project teams, ensuring successful execution across multiple regions.  
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) and other recruitment technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, analyse, and report on key Talent Acquisition metrics, leveraging data insights to refine hiring strategies, drive decisions, and continuously improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English language.
  • Customer-centric mindset to ensure high quality and inclusive candidate/people experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.

Desirable Criteria – it would also be beneficial if you could demonstrate:

  • A degree (or equivalent) in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related or commensurate experience.
  • Experience working in a Centre of Excellence environment.
  • Good understanding of a matrix structure.
  • Familiar with SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Experience working within a global team.
