Your Tasks
- Manage and develop a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high-quality service delivery and long-term relationships
- Drive retention and growth of the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) business within assigned accounts
- Act as Client Relationship Leader and Strategic Account Manager for key clients
- Develop account strategies, including scope of work, pricing, and fee proposals
- Manage renewals in accordance with internal policies (e.g., pricing approvals, contract reviews)
- Collaborate closely with Business Development teams to identify new opportunities and expand services
- Represent the organization at industry events, client meetings, and trade fairs
Your Qualifications
- Proven experience in account management, client relationship leadership, or strategic sales
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in client retention and revenue growth
- Experience managing complex, international client portfolios (large enterprise clients preferred)
- Ability to prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and provide strategic insights
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment
- Professional proficiency in English; German language skills are highly desirable
- Experience in risk engineering, consulting, or GRC-related services is an advantage
- Industry experience in Power Generation or Renewable Energy is a plus

- Location: Hessen, Germany
- This role focuses on managing a portfolio in a key market segment, including clients in the Power Generation and Renewable Energy sector
- Performance targets include client retention, portfolio growth, and new business development
- Occasional travel may be required for client visits and industry events
