Your Tasks

  • Actively work with the Business Line Manager to grow sales in various Industrial and Consumer service areas, such as ITE, consumer goods, machinery, SEMI, lighting, and laboratory equipment.
  • Manage a team of highly proficient Sales Executives, providing coaching and support to achieve targets.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for your assigned region.
  • Engage with customers through face-to-face meetings with both self-generated and assigned clients.
  • Identify and provide solution-based packages from TÜV SÜD’s service portfolio.
  • Plan and prioritize personal sales activities, including customer/prospect contact, relationship development, and integration into client operational pipelines.
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on markets and trends.
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns and services that will lead to an increase in customers, orders, and sales.
  • Expand sales territory customer base and orders in line with assigned targets.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a contract.
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships.
  • Present products to prospective clients and provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer dedication.
  • Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data in CRM.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a sales role.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in product safety compliance services.
  • Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to build relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage phone, email, and website inquiries.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle deadlines.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
  • Articulate, professional, courteous, and effective manner with internal and external customers.
  • Customer service-oriented, self-starter with a positive outlook and motivated attitude.
