Administrative Assistant (m/f/d) Partner Management

The position is available from 1. January 2026 on a part-time basis (20 hours/week) for the Auto Service division in Grünberg.

What we offer

  • Responsible for handling all administrative tasks in the area of partner management
  • Supporting customer orders and maintaining the associated database
  • Planning and coordinating appointments
  • Answering customer calls and processing written customer correspondence
  • Supporting the Head of Partner Management
  • General office tasks and further development of the area of responsibility

Your profile  

  • Completed commercial or technical training and initial professional experience in a similar position
  • Confident use of common MS Office programs and good knowledge of SAP 
  • Confident and friendly manner, structured and careful working style, and adherence to deadlines
  • Enjoy working in a team, flexibility, and communication skills
  • German language skills at C1 level
