A Graphic Designer specialises in print, digital, and social media graphics and is responsible for ensuring all visual materials align with the company’s corporate design and brand strategy. They contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of the brand’s visual identity, maintaining and expanding design guidelines as needed. Collaborating closely with external partners such as agencies and printers, they lead the conceptualisation and creative development of design solutions for campaigns, events, and new products. Additionally, they visualise complex information clearly and effectively, manage design archives and internal templates, and oversee quality control to guarantee brand consistency in all final outputs.
Main Responsibilities and Key Deliverables:
- Creates visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, advertisements, digital assets and many more.
- Strong experience in using different AI tools (such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, freepik or other text-to-image tools)
- Manages and organise design assets using Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems like BYNDER, ensuring that all files are tagged, organised, and easily accessible for global teams.
- Collaborates with copywriters, and project managers to deliver high-quality designs that align with campaign goals and brand guidelines.
- Produces design mock-ups and prototypes, incorporating feedback from the creative team and stakeholders to refine and finalise designs.
- Stays updated on design trends and best practices, implementing new ideas and tools to enhance the quality and effectiveness of visual assets.
- Ensures all designs adhere to company branding, particularly in the context of B2B marketing for the Testing and Inspection sector.
- Can identify whether a briefing is on point and, if necessary, feeds back incorrect or missing information to the responsible teams, BPs, and Concept Developers.
- Can turn a rough strategic idea into a creative idea (for movies or still)
Skill Set:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design, ideally within a marketing department, creative agency, or corporate communications team.
- Proven track record in developing visual assets for B2B and B2C campaigns, including print, digital, and social media.
- Hands-on experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g. copywriters, project managers, external agencies).
- Familiarity with AI-based design tools and Digital Asset Management systems (e.g. BYNDER).
- Experience working in regulated industries or sectors with strict brand and compliance standards (e.g. Testing and Inspection, Healthcare, Finance) is a plus.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, colour theory, and visual storytelling.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) tools.
- Understanding of font pairing, readability, and typographic hierarchy.
- Ability to create balanced and visually appealing designs for print and digital media.
- Experience developing logos, brand guidelines, and cohesive visual concepts.
