初级专员,行政管理(行政部)

Your Tasks

  1. Responsible for reception work, such as visitor reception, incoming calls transferring, showroom ambassador/guider, etc.
    负责接待工作,如访客接待、电话转接、展厅讲解/引导等。
  2. Assist the Admin Supervisor to set up administration regulation/policy for TÜV SÜD GBA Operation Hub.
    协助行政主管制定南德认证检测(中国)有限公司大湾区运营中心的行政规章制度/政策。 
  3. Assist the Admin Supervisor to handle Huangpu activities, like quarterly birthday parties, Christmas parties etc.
    协助行政主管处理黄埔区的活动,例如季度生日会、圣诞派对等。 
  4. Manage suppliers, such as suppliers of business vehicles, cleaning, security etc.
    管理供应商,如商务车辆、保洁、安保等供应商。 
  5. Manage monthly payment of office supplies, nestle coffee, green plants, cleaning, customer meals, daily utilities, etc.
    负责办公用品、雀巢咖啡、绿植、保洁、客户用餐、日常水电等费用的月度支付。 
  6. Provide timely and high-quality logistic services, like meeting room coordination, office supplies booking, name card printing, office maintenance, etc.
    提供及时、高质量的后勤服务,如会议室协调、办公用品预订、名片印刷、办公设施维修等。 
  7. Performs ad-hoc assignments as required.
    按要求完成临时交办的任务。 

 

Your Qualifications

  1. College or above.
    大专或以上学历。
  2. Teamwork spirit, good communication skills, can work under pressure.
    具备团队合作精神,良好的沟通能力,能承受工作压力。
  3. 3 years or above administration working experiences.
    3年及以上行政工作经验。
  4. Good at Microsoft Office, written and verbal English.
    熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件,具备良好的英语读写及口语能力。
