Your Tasks

1. You will obtain basic training on SAP module and be familiar with order management, pro-ject management process.You will also understand different business activity for various business lines within South Hub. 
   您将获得SAP模块的基础培训，熟悉订单管理、项目管理流程，还将了解南区不同业务线的不同业务活动。
2. Assisting in preparation of operational controlling management forms for South Hub, such as order controlling, investment controlling (FA) and so on.
   协助编制南区运营控制的管理表格，例如订单控制、投资控制（固定资产）等等。
3. Assisting in preparation of one-Year-Planning for South Hub.
   协助编制南区的年度预算。
4. Responsible for uploading planning data to SAP system, focusing on HC planning, P&L planning, and Investment planning; Meanwhile, responsible for checking the correct-ness/completeness of data input.
   负责将预算数据上传至SAP系统，主要是人员预算、损益表预算和投资计划预算的相关数据；同时，负责检查数据输入的正确性/完整性。
5. Any other ad hoc assignments by direct report manager.
   直接报告经理安排的其他特殊任务。

Your Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above in Finance, Accounting, IT, Mathematics is preferred.
   本科及以上学历，财务、会计、IT、数学专业优先。
2. High sense of responsibility and detailed minded, logical thinking.
   高度的责任感和细致的头脑，逻辑思维。
3. Good at Excel, Power BI, Python.
   精通Excel， Power BI, Python。
4. Being able to work under pressure.
   能够在压力下工作。
5. Good communication skill.
   良好的沟通能力。
