Position Summary

The incumbent is support project team in the administrative work and project handling and controlling in way that satisfies and exceeds customer expectations of this service, enhancing the jobholder the TÜV SÜD reputation and knowledge by providing excellent  service to all internal and external customers.

在职员工在行政工作和项目处理及把控方面支持项目团队令客户满意并超出客户对该服务的期望，从而提高TÜV SÜD 的声誉和通过为所有内部和外部客户提供优质服务来获取知识。

Your Tasks

1. Act and perform according to the Quality Policy. 根据质量政策履行工作
2. Organize and control the project process with the project manager of the team, from the initial project initiation, delivery of reports or certificates, to the final settlement of fees with suppliers, etc., to ensure a balance of income and expenditure and avoid financial risks.与团队的项目经理组织和把控项目流程，从开始立项，交付报告或证书，最后与供应商结算费用等，保证收支平衡，避免财务风险
3. Communicate with customers and informing customer proactively about project flow and develop sales activities by maintaining relationship with customers.与客户沟通，主动告知客户项目流程，通过维护与客户的关系开展销售活动。
4. Support project team member in their project work and daily work.支持项目组成员的日常工作
5. Answer all customers (internal and external) inquiry regarding project status and other inquiry.回答所有客户（内部和外部）关于项目状态和其他询问
6. Develop general and technical knowledge by actively participating in training, discussion and meetings.通过积极参加培训、讨论和会议来加强一般知识和技术知识
7. Inform supervisor if any problems incur making it not possible to reach the target as set out in the job description or performance planning.如果有任何问题导致无法达到工作描述或绩效计划中规定的目标，请告知主管
8. Motivation to continually learn and take on added responsibilities and challenges while maintain a positive attitude.在保持积极态度的同时不断学习和承担更多责任和挑战的动力

Your Qualifications

1. College degree or above. 本科及以上学历
2. At least 1 year working experience in foreign company is preferred 一年以上外企工作经验者优先
3. Be familiar with operating office software, such as Office word, ppt, etc 熟悉操作办公软件，如 Office word ppt等
4. Excellent organizational and communication skills 出色的组织和沟通能力
5. Customer-oriented and able to work independently 以客户为导向，能够独立工作
6. Self-motivated, determined working ethos and have a mind-set of team work 有上进心、坚定的工作信念和团队合作的心态
7. Fluent in written English & Chinese 英文书写熟练
