Your Tasks

1. Project 项目(70%)
   Implementing the homologation project according to contract and project plan, which includes:
   根据合同和项目计划执行认证项目，内容包括：
   Assist the customer to solve the technical issues encountered in the test site.
   协助客户解决测试现场遇到的技术问题；
   Distribute and coordinate tasks based on the project manager’s plan to ensure smooth project progress.
   根据项目经理的计划进行任务分配与协调，确保项目顺利进行；
   Support customer on preparing information document.
   支持客户准备信息资料；
   Test witness, result analyze, approval application.
   进行测试见证、结果分析及认证申请；
   Provide the professional and satisfied service to client in the project.
   在项目中为客户提供专业且满意的服务；
   Following the efficiency-oriented, quality-based project procedure to achieve the productivity and error rate target.
   遵循以效率为导向、以质量为基础的项目流程，达成生产率与错误率目标；
   Test Laboratory and customer maintenance.
   维护试验室及客户关系；
   Follow the Quality Management Procedure.
   遵守质量管理程序。
2. Competence 能力 (30%)
   Develop and extend the personal competence and scope.
   发展并拓展个人能力与业务范围。
   Follow the business line operational procedure.
   遵循业务线的操作流程。

Your Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
   本科及以上学历。
2. At least 2-3 years’ working experience in automotive industry; preferably with hands-on experience in export homologation for light duty vehicles (M1/N1).
   拥有至少 2-3 年汽车行业工作经验；有轻型车（M1/N1）出口认证实操经验者优先。
3. Good command in English.
   良好的英语能力。
4. Physical condition allows normal working, stable outputs, and business trip as required.
   身体状况良好，能够正常工作、稳定输出，并根据要求出差。
5. Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement, and strong teamwork spirit.
   勤奋、上进、自驱、自律，具有强烈的团队合作精神。
6. Good communication skills with clients.
   具备良好的客户沟通能力。
