I. Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support to ensure that logistic services are provided in an efficient and effective manner.
II. Job Responsibilities
1.Welcome clients and visitors and direct them to their place of appointment in a professional manner.
2.Handle and filter all incoming calls in a professional manner.
3.Provide timely and high-quality logistic services, like meeting room coordination, hotel booking, office supplies booking, name card printing, shuttle bus arrangement, office maintenance, etc.
4.Arrange daily internal and external courier delivery.
5.Manage monthly payment of office supplies, stationery, air tickets, courier, maintenance, rental, utilities, etc.
6.Handle door control system.
7.Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
III. Job Requirements
1. College or above,Bachelor's degree preferred.
2. Responsible, stable, outgoing
3. 1-year relevant working experience (fresh graduate is also acceptable)
4. Good communication skills & Microsoft office skills.
5. Good at written and verbal English.
