Assistant Manager- Administration & Facility Management

Your Task :

  • Ensure smooth functioning of office infrastructure. 

  • Transport, travel & hotel accommodation arrangements. 

  • Maintains statutory documents, returns and licenses (Corporation, PCB, Fire, Sanitary, HW, NCB, Methanol, S&E).

  • Ensure office safety standards, fire safety checks, and emergency preparedness.   

  • Monitoring Facilitites Critical Systems ( HVAC,DG,Transformer , Chiller, ETP, STP,CCTV & EBPAX).

 

Your Qualification :

  •  BBA , MBA - Finance & HR ; BE , B.Tech , M.Tech- Electrical & Electronics
  • Experience of around 6-8 years in Facility and Adminsitration Management - Any Industry / Corporates
  • Good Communication Skills- Reading & Writing in English & Hindi
  • Pro Active ; Team Player with ability to work independently in challenging timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for operational requirements.
