Your Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new business opportunities across Rajasthan, with a focus on herbal and organic product segments. Build a strong pipeline of potential customers including Supplier, Exporter & Processer & Government Institutions.
2. Actively acquire new customers by visiting sites, conducting meetings.
3. Understand customer needs and position our services effectively to drive conversions.
4. Successfully onboard new customers and ensure smooth initiation of business.
5. Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
6. Drive sales targets and ensure consistent revenue generation from the Rajasthan region.
7. Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth.
8. Be stationed in Rajasthan and regularly travel across assigned territories.
9. Plan and execute field visits, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
10. Increase brand awareness and visibility in the region. Represent the company at regional trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.

Additional Knowledge/ Skills: 

1. Possess a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to herbal and organic products.
2. Be familiar with guidelines and processes of FSSAI, EIC, and APEDA.
3. Support customers with basic compliance requirements, documentation, and certifications where applicable.

Your Qualifications: 

1. Science graduate with experience of 5-7 years, preferably with Food testing labs.
