Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across Rajasthan, with a focus on herbal and organic product segments. Build a strong pipeline of potential customers including Supplier, Exporter & Processer & Government Institutions.
- Actively acquire new customers by visiting sites, conducting meetings.
- Understand customer needs and position our services effectively to drive conversions.
- Successfully onboard new customers and ensure smooth initiation of business.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Drive sales targets and ensure consistent revenue generation from the Rajasthan region.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue growth.
- Be stationed in Rajasthan and regularly travel across assigned territories.
- Plan and execute field visits, meetings, and follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
- Increase brand awareness and visibility in the region. Represent the company at regional trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
Additional Knowledge/ Skills:
- Possess a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks related to herbal and organic products.
- Be familiar with guidelines and processes of FSSAI, EIC, and APEDA.
- Support customers with basic compliance requirements, documentation, and certifications where applicable.
Your Qualifications:
- Science graduate with experience of 5-7 years, preferably with Food testing labs.
