Assistant Manager - CV Sourcing

Key Responsibilities (Mention responsibilities applicable to the position. Add rows if needed)
1. Study of bidding requirements (for manpower) 
2. Leading Souring Team for sourcing CVs for Tenders & ongoing projects
3. Client interaction during project deployment & bidding, prebid queries for CVs requirement
4. Responsible for CV data bank & MIS 5. Identification of CVs from Naukri, linked in, etc.
6. Responsible for Formatting and enrichment of CVs; all documentation
7. Ensuring maximum technical marks 8. ensuring deployment of staff for awarded/ongoing projects in timely manner
8. Responsible for understanding manpower requirements from Tender & Project sites, Lead sourcing team for sourcing of CVs from Naukri/Linkedin/other market sources for RI tenders & On-going project deployment. Prior background in tendering (Infrastructure) will be preferred 
9. Should have Proficiency in Tendering process (CVs submission and deployment) for Govt. clients/ PSUs.

Additional Knowledge / Skills (If any)
Good with soft Skills, team management skills & highly proficient with Naukri Portal, Linkedin & similar platforms

Education
1. MBA (HR). 
2. 8+yrs of experience in tendering profile 3. working with TPIA will be added advantage.
