Your Task:
- Business Growth & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for certification and training services.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and commercial offers to clients.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders.
- Conduct regular customer meetings and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Coordination with Operations
- Coordinate with operations teams for smooth execution of audits and certification activities.
- Ensure proper handover of client requirements after order confirmation.
Your Qualification: Any Graduate with MBA preferred.
