Business Development Manager - International Sales - IT & CS

Your Tasks:

The Business Development Manager – International Sales will drive global business development, partnerships, and revenue growth for TÜV SÜD’s international training portfolio, including ISACA, Cloud Security Alliance (CSA), and advanced Cybersecurity programs. This role focuses on expanding business across regions such as the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia while building strong relationships with global partners, resellers, and corporate clients.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow international markets for ISACA, CSA, and cybersecurity training programs.

  • Identify new geographies, market segments, and enterprise clients with high potential for cybersecurity and governance training.

  • Acquire and manage global partners, resellers, and training affiliates.

  • Drive revenue for virtual, blended, and corporate training across international markets.

  • Engage with decision-makers such as CISOs, CIOs, Training Directors, HR/L&D Heads, and Governance Teams across target countries.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with partners, training centers, and corporate clients.

  • Manage partner onboarding, performance monitoring, and joint sales planning.

  • Conduct regular partner reviews and ensure adherence to TÜV SÜD’s brand guidelines.

  • Promote ISACA programs (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE), CSA programs (CCSK, CCAK), and specialized cybersecurity courses globally.

  • Work with product and technical teams to introduce new courses aligned to global demand (SOC Analyst, Cloud Security, AI Security, Digital Forensics, Risk Management).

  • Identify opportunities to integrate TÜV SÜD’s Cyber Security Lab capabilities into international offerings.

  • Track global trends in cybersecurity certification, GRC, cloud security, and international compliance frameworks.

  • Analyze competitor strategies, pricing models, and partner ecosystems across geographies.

  • Provide strategic input to management on portfolio positioning and expansion opportunities.

  • Collaborate with marketing to run international campaigns, webinars, partner events, and roadshows.

  • Prepare business proposals, global pricing structures, agreements, and MoUs.

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, forecasts, and client interactions through CRM systems.

  • Ensure compliance with TÜV SÜD certification guidelines, ISACA/CSA partner rules, and internal audit requirements.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/IT/Management; MBA preferred.

  • 7–10 years of experience in international sales within IT training, cybersecurity, EdTech, or certification businesses.

  • Strong understanding of ISACA, CSA, cybersecurity frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, Cloud Security), and global compliance requirements.

  • Experience building and managing international partner networks.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work across time zones and manage diverse global stakeholders.
