Prior background in tendering (Infrastructure) will be preferredShould have Proficiency in Tendering process (CVs submission and deployment) for Govt. clients/ PSUsRoles & ResponsibilitiesStudy of bidding requirements (for manpower)Leading Souring Team for sourcing CVs for Tenders & ongoing projectsClient interaction during project deployment & bidding, pre-bid queries for CVs requirementResponsible for CV data bank & MISIdentification of CVs from Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.Responsible for Formatting and enrichment of CVs; all documentationEnsuring maximum technical marks ensuring deployment of staff for awarded/ongoing projects in timely mannerEducation/Qualification:        Graduate + MBA HRYears Of Experience:                3 to 4 Years
