Job Title:

Process Safety – Senior Manager / Manager

1. Role / Qualification of the Applicant

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related engineering discipline

• 10–15 years of experience in Process Safety Management

• Strong expertise in Quantitative Risk Assessment (QRA) methodologies

• Proven experience in facilitating and participating in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) studies

• Hands-on experience with:

  • HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, QRA

  • Safety Integrity Level (SIL) assessment as per IEC 61511

  • Safety Critical Equipment (SCE) management using LOPA and Bow-Tie analysis

• Experience in Process Design Assurance and Verification

• Proficiency in SIL verification using exSILentia

• Mandatory hands-on ability to use DNV PHAST and SAFETI tools

• Strong facilitation, documentation, and client interaction skills

2. Core Activity within Our Company

• Develop and maintain frameworks and methodologies for performing QRA studies

• Lead and facilitate PHA studies including HAZOP, HAZID, LOPA, and QRA

• Conduct SIL assessments and verifications in compliance with IEC 61511

• Manage Safety Critical Equipment (SCEs) using LOPA and Bow-Tie methodologies

• Perform Process Design Assurance and independent verification activities

• Execute consequence and risk modeling using DNV PHAST and SAFETI

• Perform SIL verification and documentation using exSILentia

• Prepare technical reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders

• Support business development and project execution for process safety services

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to capability development within the team
