Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s Degree (Social Sciences / Law / Human Resources / Industrial Relations preferred)
Professional Qualification:

Recognized Social Compliance Auditor qualification (e.g., CSCA – preferred for senior level roles)

Qualified Lead Auditor for applicable standards such as BSCI, RSCI, RBA, WRAP, SMETA
Experience Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in conducting social compliance audits (depending on role level)

Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Required for Delhi NCR, Bengaluru and Mumbai location

2. Core Activity within Our Company
The Social Compliance Auditor is responsible for conducting social compliance audits in accordance with applicable international standards, client codes of conduct, accreditation requirements, and local legal regulations, ensuring high-quality audit delivery and timely reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct onsite social compliance audits at client facilities

Review documentation including payroll records, labor contracts, statutory registers, and policy documents
- Conduct worker and management interviews

Identify non-conformities and document audit findings accurately

Prepare comprehensive audit reports in line with internal quality and accreditation requirements

Ensure timely submission of audit reports

Maintain strict confidentiality, independence, and impartiality

Adhere to company Code of Ethics and professional conduct standards

Ensure compliance with applicable accreditation and certification body requirements
3. Area of Deployment
- Deployment based on project allocation and business requirements

Extensive travel required
