1. Role / Qualification of the Applicant

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

3 - 5 years of experience in physical and mechanical testing, preferably in toys or hardline products
-
Knowledge of international testing standards such as ISO, ASTM, EN, and BIS
-
Familiarity with regulatory requirements like REACH, CPSIA, and toy safety directives
-
Understanding of ISO 17025 requirements for laboratory quality systems
-
Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance
-
Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills
2. Core Activity within Our Company

Perform physical and mechanical testing of toys and hardline products in accordance with ISO, ASTM, EN, and BIS standards

Accurately interpret test methods and ensure compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards

Prepare detailed and accurate test plans aligned with REACH, California Proposition 65, and Toy Directive requirements

Support calibration, verification, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment
-
Ensure proper handling, identification, logging, and storage of test samples
-
Maintain test records, calibration logs, and documentation in compliance with ISO 17025 quality system requirements
-
Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
