1. Role / Qualification of the Applicant

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

• 3 - 5 years of experience in physical and mechanical testing, preferably in toys or hardline products

• Knowledge of international testing standards such as ISO, ASTM, EN, and BIS

• Familiarity with regulatory requirements like REACH, CPSIA, and toy safety directives

• Understanding of ISO 17025 requirements for laboratory quality systems

• Basic knowledge of laboratory equipment calibration and maintenance

• Good analytical, documentation, and communication skills

2. Core Activity within Our Company

• Perform physical and mechanical testing of toys and hardline products in accordance with ISO, ASTM, EN, and BIS standards

• Accurately interpret test methods and ensure compliance with applicable safety and regulatory standards

• Prepare detailed and accurate test plans aligned with REACH, California Proposition 65, and Toy Directive requirements

• Support calibration, verification, and routine maintenance of laboratory equipment

• Ensure proper handling, identification, logging, and storage of test samples

• Maintain test records, calibration logs, and documentation in compliance with ISO 17025 quality system requirements

• Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
