Senior Manager - Sales

Your Task:

  • Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities in corporate learning and compliance training across industries.
  • Promote TÜV SÜD’s off-the-shelf eLearning and custom content development services, including LMS licensing & enterprise subscriptions
  • Achieve revenue targets through effective sales pipeline management and conversion strategies
  • Build strong relationships with L&D heads, Quality, Safety, HR & Compliance decision-makers in key accounts
  • Work with internal teams (product, delivery, marketing, international academy teams) to ensure successful solution delivery and account satisfaction
  • Drive upsells and renewal strategy for enterprise LMS and subscription customers.

 

Your Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years in B2B sales (level-based) in eLearning/ EdTech/ Training/ SaaS
