Job Description
- Person should be involve & support for business unit sales & operation planning of individual as 15+ Cr & team 50+ Cr
- Person should have exposure of dealing with client
- Shall able to develop operational sales
- Shall be able to handle 50+ Team including client managers and Sr engineers
- Will be responsible & committed for achievement of business unit sales target
- Will be first-in-line of Product inspection in BU
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall Sales and Operations of North region.
- Clients Coordination including review meetings
- Project’s planning, Team development and skill enhancement
- Manpower handling
- Vendor development for operation/execution of product inspection
- Support/identification in hiring qualified person as per requirement
- Responsible for execution of jobs includes quality aspect
- Technical discussion with vendors and clients
- Customer complaints handling
- Invoicing & Account receivables / collection
- System compliance of internal & external.
- For any technical input he can be access to all working level manager
