Your Tasks:

• Complying to the Quality System as per all applicable accreditation like ISO 17025 etc.
• Complying to the other TUV SUD Process and Policies
• Responsible for all required correspondence with clients Review of test request after receipt of sample in terms of correct selection of parameters and their respective protocols.
• Monitoring TAT and reporting to manager
• Sub-contracting of samples
• Review of request, tender and contract
• Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of the laboratory
• Follow-up of dispatch activities for test reports, invoice
• Obtaining Customer Feedback
• Co-ordinating with lab managers for technical analysis of results.
• Updating lab Managers on complaints
• Follow up of Pending payments from customers in conjunction with accounts.   
• Follow up with subcontract labs for capability and test results.
• Follow up with subcontract labs for Invoice and submit to account for the payment.
• Monitoring Sales order, PI, Acknowledgement, report email, Dispatching
• Ensuring good housekeeping of the registration area.
• Immediate response to the internal/ external enquiries.
• Timely closure of all the queries.
• Any other tasks assigned by Manager or N+1.

Your Qualification:

• Graduate in B.Com or related field of education.
• Good communication skills, Microsoft Excel and other CRM tools. 
• 4-6 years of experience in TIC - hardlines industry is preferrable.
