Key Responsibilities

Identify and evaluate tenders in Oil & Gas, Energy and Infrastructure sectors.

Prepare and submit pre-bid queries seeking technical and commercial clarifications.

Obtain approvals and preparation of EMD, POA and other bid documents.

Structure technical proposals in line with scoring matrices to maximize marks under QCBS tenders.

Align past project credentials with evaluation parameters to enhance technical scoring.

Handle PSU and private sector bids through GeM and other portals.

Prepare post-bid clarifications and justifications in response to technical and commercial queries raised by evaluation committees.

Work Experience
3-5 + years in Bid preparation.

Education

Candidate should be any Graduate or preference B. Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Civil etc.
