Customer Service Representative (m/f/d)

This position is available immediately on a part-time basis (20 hours) for the Auto Service department in Hanau.

What we offer

  • Customer reception and support (in person and by phone)

  • Contact with registration authorities and car dealerships in the area
  • Active sales of TÜV Hessen products
  • Support in scheduling
  • Support of the TSC management with administrative tasks
  • General office duties

Your profile

  • Commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Good IT skills (MS Office package)
  • Friendly, confident, and approachable demeanor
  • Customer and service orientation
  • Enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure
  • Class B driving license
