Customer Service Representative / Test Assistant (m/f/d)
The position is to be filled as soon as possible on a part-time basis (30 hours/week), initially for a fixed term of one year in accordance with the German Part-Time and Fixed-Term Working Act (TzBfG) for the Life Service division in Hannover.
What we offer
Customer reception and support
- Telephone customer support
- Conducting psychological examinations as a test assistant
- Management and implementation of abstinence checks
- Order management, scheduling and tracking
- General administrative tasks (e.g., correspondence with authorities) in the commercial and medical fields.
Your profile
- Completed training in healthcare or comparable field
- Initial professional experience in administration desirable
- Confident use of common MS Office programs
- Friendly, confident, and articulate manner with our customers
- Organizational skills
- German level C-1
- Enjoy working in a team, ability to work independently
- Flexibility, enthusiasm, ability to work under pressure
- Willingness to adjust working hours to the workload
- Willingness to work at other locations
