Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and execute FSC Chain of Custody (CoC) and ISO audits in Vietnam. 
• Manage audit schedules and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and effective certification activities. 
• Ensure compliance with TÜV SÜD procedures, FSC requirements, and internal technical protocols.
• Prepare and finalize audit reports for accuracy and completeness. 
• Provide technical support and guidance on FSC certification requirements, standards interpretation, trademarks, and claims.
• Handle customer inquiries, disputes, and appeals related to certification activities professionally and efficiently.
• Capable of conducting ISO training programs and serving as a speaker at professional events and seminars.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree in Forestry, Wood Product Processing, Environmental Studies, Natural Sciences, or related fields
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in wood processing, timber trading, forestry, environmental protection, or related fields. 
• You shall be fluent in (written and spoken) Vietnamese and also very good in (written and spoken) English. 
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with administrative IT systems.
• Experience in audits, management system implementation/maintenance, Quality Management Services, certification standards, and internal quality audits.
