Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate job status and handle customer inquiries
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entries, and update/correct data when errors or omissions are found
- Organize and store data in a systematic manner, making it easy to retrieve when needed
- Assist with tasks in the Customer Service Section as authorized or assigned by the Customer Service Reporting Officer/Manager
- Report all activities to Supervisor and Head of Customer Service of Softline
- Other duties relevant to this level assigned by Reporting Officer
Key Requirements:
- Fresh graduate, no prior experience required.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills.
