Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site CSR social compliance audits and C-TPAT anti-terrorism audits for supply chain factories in accordance with international compliance standards, customer codes of conduct, and local laws and regulations on labor, safety and anti-terrorism, and complete on-site audit, problem investigation, risk identification, record keeping and high-quality report writing.
• Independently review, revise and finalize audit reports, sort out non-conformities, corrective action suggestions and follow-up requirements, ensure all reports are accurate, standardized and well-documented, and complete report submission and filing on schedule.
• Deliver professional compliance training for clients and suppliers, covering CSR social responsibility, anti-terrorism compliance, factory compliance management, audit standard interpretation and rectification guidance, and respond to daily compliance inquiries from customers and factories.
• Track audit CAP, follow up the closed-loop rectification of supplier problems, establish compliance files and conduct relevant communication with brands.
• Audit locations are mainly in Southeast Asia, primarily Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos, with partial working time in Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines and Singapore. Keep updated with the latest industry compliance standards, audit rules and policy changes, and support internal audit calibration, process optimization and special compliance verification tasks.

• Education: College degree or above. Majors in Environment, Safety, Human Resources, Business Administration, English or related fields are preferred.
• Certification: Must hold valid APSCA CSCA auditor qualification certificate. Possess at least two or more qualifications of SEMTA, BSCI, RBA, WRAP, SLCP, BEPI, QMI, SA8000 and COC etc. RBA certification is a strong plus.
• Language: Good English reading and writing skills. Able to proficiently understand English audit standards, customer compliance policies and industry guidelines, and independently write English audit reports for overseas business communication.
• Professional Skills: Familiar with the full process of CSR social compliance audit and anti-terrorism audit, proficient in factory operation compliance points including working hours, salary, occupational health and safety, and anti-terrorism control; relevant audit working experience is preferred.
• Personal Traits: Possess a high level of integrity and professional ethics. Meticulous and responsible working attitude, strong risk judgment, communication coordination and document writing capabilities; able to adapt to long-term and short-term business trips for on-site audits in multiple Southeast Asian countries.
