Key Responsibilities:                                                                            

• Lab Quality (70%)
• Handle quality compliance tasks related but not limited to the update/monitoring of QA documents of the lab such as record/document updates, training records, validation, calibration, corrective and preventive actions. 
• Maintain Quality Policy and quality procedure of ISO 17025 system inside the lab. 
• Monitor quality control activities of the lab. 
• Periodically check compliance of Laboratory, check operation status of Laboratory equipment/ tools and report all non-conformities to Lab Manager; observe/ monitor corrective actions of these non-conformities until they are closed. 
• Support Laboratory Manager in training personnel on all matters affecting Quality Management and Quality Improvement. 
• Support Laboratory on external calibration. 
• Prepare annual Internal Quality Audits, Management review and maintain appropriate records, follow up the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and solutions. 
• Coordinate with Laboratory Manager in planning, registering, shipping and reporting the results of proficiency testing programs. 
• Support lab in handling client complaints. 
• Recommend and initiate action to prevent the occurrence of quality system or operational non-conformities. 
• Focus on the continuous improvement of the lab. 
• Handle task as may be assigned. 
• Lab Admin (30%)
• In charged in procurement tasks, following lab requirements (equipment, consumables, etc.) in compliance with the company policy.  
• Manage the Warehouse of Softlines Lab follow the principle of company. 
• Receive requests from Lab supervisors for equipment/chemical agents/consumables. 
• Contact suppliers for getting quotations. 
• Create Capex/PRs/Payment requests for SFL Phy Lab. 
• Coordinate with Finance/Procument team to process payment, customs clearance, if any. 
• Coordinate with supplier for the quotation of fixing equipment or calibration. 
• Receive equipment/chemical agents/consumables from suppliers and deliver to the lab and keep record of inventory closely. 
• Recieve samples and Test request from Customer service team, delievery to lab; input test items/samples into Lab sharedrive daily. 
• Request stationaries monthly for SFL Phy Lab. 
• Other tasks can be assigned. 

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields.
• 2-4 years of experience in laboratory, QA/QC, or related roles (ISO/IEC 17025 knowledge is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of laboratory quality systems, documentation control, CAPA, calibration, and internal audits.
• Experience in laboratory procurement, inventory control, and supplier coordination is an advantage.
• Good organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in MS Office; experience with shared drives or internal systems.
• Good reading and writing skills in English.
