Market Research & Deal Sourcing Executive (T.I.C sector)

Market Research & Deal Sourcing Executive supports the company’s growth and expansion initiatives within the Testing, Inspection & Certification (TIC) sector in Vietnam.

This role focuses on conducting market surveys across the country to identify laboratories, certification bodies, inspection companies, and other technical service providers that could become potential acquisition or partnership targets. The main objective is to actively search for suitable opportunities and build a clear list of potential targets for management review.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market survey nationwide to identify testing laboratories and related technical service providers
  • Build and continuously update a database of potential targets across Vietnam
  • Proactively engage business owners to explore potential partnership or acquisition opportunities
  • Collect basic business information such as revenue, profitability, and service scope
  • Assess whether the business could be a suitable opportunity based on logical and commercial criteria
  • Maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities
  • Prepare short internal reports and provide regular updates to management

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Market Research, B2B Sales, or similar commercial roles
  • Strong market survey capability with a proactive, hunter mindset
  • Ability to understand basic revenue and profitability structure to assess overall business attractiveness
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong business mindset with a practical approach
  • English proficiency for work communication
  • Willingness to travel as required
