Key Responsibilities:  

• Preparing and transmitting orders based on approved purchase requisitions with a value of up to EUR 5,000
• Coordinating procurement processes for > EUR 5,000 or recurring purchases with SSC-PR-Region
• Advising the person or entity requesting the purchase on preparing process-compliant purchase requisitions and on all other procurement processes
• Communicating with the person or entity requesting the purchase in the case of discrepancies, issues, and/or changes in procurement processes
• Advising the person or entity requesting the purchase regarding the terms of framework agreements
• Handling contract disruptions and participating in the optimization and standardization of procurement processes
• Reporting suggestions for improvements in the ordering process to SSC-PR-Region
• Supporting the person or entity requesting the purchase when processing returns and complaints
• Clarifying price discrepancies in supplier invoices

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of professional experience in B2B procurement, with hands-on experience in SAP modules
• Strong negotiation, sourcing, and supplier management skills
• Team player with excellent service orientation
• Proficient in English to effectively collaborate with regional procurement team
• Prior experience in a multinational corporation (MNC) is an advantage
