Product Manager - Supply Chain Due Diligence Services

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative solutions in the areas of supply chain due diligenceESG compliance, and EUDR (EU Deforestation Regulation) across Vietnam and Cambodia. This role focuses on business development, regional product coordination, and supporting service delivery related to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and regulatory frameworks such as the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR). The ideal candidate will have experience in business development or product management in the TIC sector, strong communication skills, and a willingness to grow in a dynamic, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Product Coordination: Lead the strategic coordination of supply chain due diligence services across ASEAN, with a focus on Vietnam and Cambodia. Ensure alignment between regional team, technical hubs and client expectations to deliver consistent, high-quality ESG and regulatory solution. Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow services related to ESG, EUDR, and responsible sourcing.
  • Product Support: Assist in developing and refining service offerings to meet market and regulatory needs
  • Client Engagement: Work closely with clients and partners to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction
  • Operational Collaboration: Coordinate with operations teams to ensure service readiness and delivery quality

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Experience in business development or product management
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities
  • Proficient in spoken and written English
  • Preferred:

             - Familiarity with ESG topics, EUDR, or other sustainability-related regulations

             -  Exposure to auditing or supplier assessments

             - Experience working in a regional or cross-functional role
