Key responsibilities:

• Prepare and format reports based on standard templates, laboratory data and customer specifications
• Follow up on confirmed quotations
• Send finalized reports to customers within agreed timelines
• Coordinate and assist with invoice preparation and processing
• Handle laboratory data management and sample storage tasks
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting or a related field
• Fresh of 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Basic understanding of testing protocols and ISO 17025 standards is an advantage
• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Be able to start work immediately
