You will support the Quality Manager in managing the day-to-day safety matters for TUV SUD Vietnam

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Quality department (QMD) in the overall Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities of the organization

• Coordinate all 6S Housekeeping related activities including inspection and auditing exercises
• Monitor and control to ensure that the strict equipment is inspected in time and the operators are trained before using the equipment as per the local law requirements
• Update and deploy the HSE actions in accordance to requirements of the local laws and TUV SUD
• Provided Corrective/ Preventive Actions for any Accident/ Incident reported
• Support the QA team to ensure HSE-related info is updated and reported to respective stakeholders
• Any other Quality & HSE-related task will be assigned by the manager

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor ‘s degree in HSE major or Chemistry/ Quality related is an advantage
• 1 – 3 years of working experience preferably in QA/ QC/ HSE with ISO/EC 17025, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001 positions
• Good at English communication and possess interpersonal skills, high learning & dedication spirit, and teamwork
