Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of physical and chemical testing services within the apparel and footwear industry
- Identify, develop, and follow up on new sales leads and business opportunities
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Achieve sales targets assigned by the company and take full accountability for meeting revenue goals
- Prepare timely and accurate quotations in response to client inquiries
- Ensure prompt responses to customer questions, feedback, and comments
- Build, strengthen, and optimize relationships with clients, prospects, and business partners
- Prepare sales reports and perform data analysis to support business decision-making
- Leverage prior experience in testing of related products to support technical discussions with clients
- Other tasks asigned by Manager
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of corporate sales experience
- Experience or knowledge in the apparel and footwear export/import industry is an advantage
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; confident and articulate
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset
- Mature, self-disciplined, and results-driven
- Fluent in English
