Key responsibilities:

• Overall supervise the textile laboratory. Be responsible for all technical and quality aspects of testing activities in the lab as authorized or assigned by the Lab Manage.
• Supervise and support lab operators to maintain Turnaround Time (TAT) and meet customer requirements.
• Review test results to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with test methods.
• Expand lab scope by developing new tests and performing method validation. 
• Update customer protocols for the lab team in a timely and proper manner. 
• Manage the quality system and update quality documents according to ISO 17025 standards.
• Conduct training and assessments for staff while maintaining detailed training records. 
• Plan and implement proficiency testing, interlaboratory correlations, and internal correlation tests. 
• Provide technical and capability consultations to the business team. 
• Promptly solve issues to ensure safe, smooth lab operations without congestion. 
• Perform other relevant duties as requested by the Lab Manager or immediate superior.
• Other tasks can be assigned.

Key requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Garment/Textile/chemistry or its equivalent
• At least 4 years of experience in operating physical textile tests
• Knowledge of ISO17025 Quality Management System is preferred.
• Good communication skill
