 Your Tasks:

1. Technical Development

o   Verify, validate, and implement new testing methods.

o   Prepare method validation reports, work instructions, and technical documents.

o   Transfer and align test methods with regional and global laboratories.

2. Regulatory Support

o   Monitor chemical regulations, standards, customer RSLs, and industry requirements; translate updates into testing scopes and laboratory actions.

o   Maintain technical information, assess capability gaps, and recommend priorities for new service development.

3. Technical Consultation

o   Advise Sales, Customer Service, laboratory teams, and customers on testing requirements and suitable technical solutions.

4. Project Coordination

o   Coordinate technical development projects from feasibility assessment through implementation.

o   Manage resources, timelines, costs, risks, deliverables, and project updates with relevant stakeholders.

5. Quality and Compliance

o   Ensure technical development activities comply with ISO/IEC 17025 and the laboratory quality system.

o   Support audits, accreditation, correlation studies, deviation investigations, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.

6. Continuous Improvement

o   Improve testing methods, workflows, capacity, turnaround time, and cost efficiency.

o   Evaluate new technologies and support standardization, digitalization, automation, and technical training.

Your Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry.
• At least 2 years of experience in chemical testing, method development, product compliance, or a related technical role.
• Experience in method verification, validation, or transfer is preferred.
• Familiarity with analytical techniques such as LC-MS/MS, GC-MS/MS, GC-MS, HPLC, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, or FTIR.
• Knowledge of chemical regulations and requirements such as REACH, RoHS, POPs, CPSIA, and customer RSLs.
• Understanding of ISO/IEC 17025 and laboratory quality requirements.
• Able to interpret regulations, standards, test methods, and customer specifications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
• Good technical writing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work independently.
