Customer Service Representative

Your Tasks
- Coordinate, monitor and control the project activities before and during the project life cycle.
- Provide formal communication channel to Retail customer and other approval bodies.
- Report the project status to the CS Supervisor.
- Communicate with Project Manager for technical issues on projects.
- Process whole set of procedures and documentations for ongoing projects.
- Co-ordinate between different teams and external parties.
- Perform ad-hoc assignment as required.
Your Qualifications
- HKDSE graduated or above.
- At least 1 year of working experience (with testing laboratory experience is an advantage).
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Able to work independently and handle multi-task under pressure.
- Candidate is fresh graduate is welcome.
