HR Officer

Your Tasks 

  • Manage and execute end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including talent sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and onboarding to ensure timely acquisition of high-quality candidates.
  • Manage and coordinate special recruitment initiatives such as Internship Programs, Career Talk and employer branding activities to strengthen talent pipelines.
  • Coordinate with outsourced companies on part-time employment arrangements and administrative issues to ensure compliance and smooth operations.

  • Coordinate internal/external training programs for staff, including needs analysis, scheduling, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
  • Support employee communications and handle HR-related enquiries, ensuring clarity and consistency in messaging.
  • Prepare management reports and HR analytics; assist in the implementation and monitoring of company policies and procedures.
  • Perform ad-hoc assignments and projects as required by management.

     

Your Qualifications 

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Human Resources, with solid exposure to recruitment, talent acquisition and training coordination.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound decision-making and demonstrate eagerness to learn new skills while leveraging emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
